Construction & handover

Construction stages (1–3)

Этапы строительства (1–3) · Construction stages 1–3

In one sentence. The three stages paid for against acts are foundation (with columns and pool shell), structure (load-bearing, roof, walls) and finishing (glazing, finishes). Contractual build time for a 72 m² villa is 10 months.

In the construction contracts of projects DOMA runs, the build is split into three stages, each accepted by act with a photo report (Annex 3, cl. 2.2):

3 · FinishingGlazing and final finishes, ready for handoverPhoto report and stage-3 act → final inspection, 10% at handover

A realistic timeline and what happens between payments is in the stages article, and what to do about a missed deadline is under wanprestasi.
