On the site you can see two full floors, the separate volumes of the villas and the exits to the private pools. We do not present finishing and landscaping as complete until the work is done.

Lodtunduh, the southern part of Ubud

Green surroundings next to the town. The updated project presentation states about seven minutes to Monkey Forest and the central streets of Ubud. The real time depends on traffic.

The documents exist. We publish only what is verified.

The Drive holds the land agreements, NIB, SPPL, working architectural and engineering drawings, and two validation packages for the plots. We do not put the public number of the final PBG or SLF on the site until it is confirmed by the responsible specialist.
