Forma occupies two plots — 580 m² and 650 m². Each villa has two floors, two bedrooms, its own pool, an enclosed yard and a separate entrance. Sales are closed, construction and phased handover continue.

Ten villas share a single architecture and are split into two phases. All units found owners before construction was completed.

The plots are in the pink zone. Due Diligence is completed, KKPR and the PBG construction permit are obtained. The leasehold (Hak Sewa) contracts provide for 29 years and a further 10 years of guaranteed extension.
