- The garden makes a third of the villa's atmosphere with privacy, shade and the jungle shot.
- Tropical gardens grow fast with proper soil prep and irrigation.
- Packages G1–G5: from the included Taman base to the royal Taman Sari (+$12,500).
- Auto-irrigation and lighting turn the garden from a chore into an asset.
Guests fly to Bali for the jungle, and a villa standing in a bare yard loses the competition at the photo stage. A garden is privacy, microclimate and the tropical picture people book. In the villas we sell it is engineered, packaged and priced like any other system.
Five packages, G1–G5
In the configurator, G1 · Taman (included) has lawn, hedge, palms and irrigation points. G2 · Frangipani (+$2,500) is a flowering garden with path lighting and a landscape plan. G3 · Tropis (+$4,500) adds a mature palm, auto-irrigation, monsteras and heliconias with crown lighting. G4 · Alas (+$8,500) is the “forest”, with a 4–6 m specimen tree, smart irrigation and designer supervision. G5 · Taman Sari (+$12,500) brings two specimen trees, a green wall and maximum planting. A custom garden from the plant catalogue is the sixth path.
The invisible engineering
The difference between “planted pretty” and “grows pretty” is underground, in drainage for the rainy season, fertile substrate and irrigation. Auto-watering (from G3) and sensor-driven smart irrigation (G4–G5) remove the human factor, so the garden doesn't yellow while the gardener is on holiday. It is also the rare upgrade that appreciates by itself. Plants grow, the villa looks more expensive every year, and that feeds the photo rate.
FAQ
How fast does it mature?
Tropics are generous. Base planting closes up in 6–12 months, and specimen trees (G4–G5) deliver an adult garden on day one.
Who maintains it?
Garden service is normally part of the management package, and smart irrigation cuts manual work to a minimum.
Can I design a custom garden?
Yes. Choose the custom option in the configurator for a plant-catalogue design with an individual quote.
