- The configurator assembles a villa in 5 minutes. Scenario plus six system levels gives the budget.

- Six systems cover interior, appliances, structure, garden, grounds and smart home.
- One tap sends the configuration to WhatsApp and returns a detailed quote.
The usual buyer's path is a chat with a manager (“what if the bigger pool but no smart home?”) and a day's wait per number. We folded that dialogue into a tool, the DOMA configurator prices your choices in real time. Here is how to get the most out of it.
Step 1 · A living scenario, not a bedroom count
Suite is a master bedroom plus a guest bedroom, a clean investment unit. Twin has two equal bedrooms for families and friend pairs. Lounge is two bedrooms plus a grand living room for long stays with guests. Study has a bedroom, a second bedroom-study and an open-plan kitchen-living room, the remote-work era's answer.
Step 2 · Six systems with transparent levels
Interior (Tanah/Alam/Svarga), appliances (T1–T5 up to Bosch/Smeg), garden G1–G5, grounds (an infinity pool is included in the base, with pergola, bale and BBQ above it) and smart home in three simple bundles. “Assemble whole” buttons set all systems to Tanah/Alam/Svarga at once, a starting point to tune from.
Step 3 · Do something with the number
The live summary prices the build. One tap sends it to WhatsApp and returns a detailed quote with plans and the payment schedule. Then run the budget through the ROI calculator. The configurator answers “how much”, and the calculator answers “what it earns”. The tool's interface is currently in Russian, and an English version is on the way.
FAQ
How accurate is the estimate?
It is an honest turnkey construction estimate excluding land. The final price is fixed in the contract after plot selection.
Can I change the configuration after purchase?
Yes, before the relevant construction stage starts. Layout changes are free, that is DOMA principle #6.
Are all combinations possible?
Nearly all. Rare conflicts (e.g., an infinity edge on a specific plot) are resolved at land-binding stage.
